Just wanted to drop you a message now we have got back to reality to say thank you so much to you all at Brookes for catering our Wedding day it honestly has been a real pleasure and we’re unbelievably grateful. The food on the day was delicious we had so many comments saying how beautiful the beef was as well as the pork canapes and the pudding was a real hit especially the lemon posset guests were flipping their spoons to get out every last bite! We are so glad we had you and thank you so much for being incredibly organised, responsive and just bloody fab the whole way through! Planning a Wedding in 4 months could have been really stressful but you made it so easy for us thank you!

Thank you so so much for such a fab day. You were both amazing. We have had so many compliments about the food. All unprompted. Particularly the veggies as they are often an afterthought. But they just loved the food. Thank you for marking everything so so easy for us. You were amazing to work with and made me have total trust in everything you do.

Brookes were fantastic from start to finish. They did my wedding catering and it really was a pleasure. They were flexible with our requests which made our wedding breakfast menu personal to us. They were easy to contact, and on the night the organisation was spot on and the food – from the canapés to the evening buffet was delicious. Thank you so much!

Just to let you know how delighted we were with the food for my father’s wake yesterday. We had about 70 people so not a bad guess on numbers. This is a quote from one of the messages I received today – “Phil hasn’t stopped talking about the range of sandwiches provided as he doesn’t eat sweet things and I am afraid I made a pig of myself on four scones!!” The gluten free people were very happy and blown away by the caramel chocolate tart! Such a nice change from Brownies

Today was my Mum’s Funeral and Graham and Zoe went above and beyond with the truly amazing afternoon tea style spread for the Wake. Everyone commented on how beautifully presented and how delicious it was and for that I thank you so much. You have done yourselves and my Mum proud. We had our wedding blessing at home in the garden and used Brooke’s Catering to cater to our guests. Right from the moment, we met Zoe and Graham we knew we were dealing with a passionate professional company. The food was so good we are still getting comments about it two weeks after the event. It was displayed and served very professionally and they cleared up so well afterwards that it was a joy.
